Health Tip - Anti-Aging Antioxidants
You probably keep hearing about antioxidants, but what do they do? As the name might suggest, they clear out oxidants - toxins that are released whenever something burns, such as smoking a cigarette or the body burning off food to provide energy. These can be cancelled out with foods like carrots, tomatoes, oranges, broccoli, nuts, and fish. All of these contain antioxidants, thus decreasing the amoung of cell damage caused by oxidants in the system.

'Beer Belly' Linked To Alzheimer's Disease
People who have a big beer belly are at increased risk of developing dementia, say researchers.
This is a result of binge drinking, heavy smoking, laziness, lack of exercise and last but not least, gluttony; This is why you see 20 year-old $in-gaporeans (male and female) carrying gigantic beer bellies. But of cos, there are those who take illegal amphetamines to suppress their appetite and nutty anorexics who eat almost nothing.

Teen Drinking May Up Breast Illness Risk
ST. LOUIS (UPI) -- Young women who drink alcohol increase their risk of non-cancerous breast disease, a U.S. researcher says.
Dr. Graham Colditz of Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis and colleagues says the study shows the risk of benign breast disease increases with the amount of alcohol consumed as a girl or young woman.
Colditz explains about 80 percent of breast lumps are benign; however, these lesions can sometimes be a step on the pathway to breast cancer, so benign breast disease is a marker of breast cancer risk.
"The study is an indication that alcohol should be limited in adolescence and early adult years and further focuses our attention on these years as key to preventing breast cancer later in life," Colditz says in a statement.
Colditz and colleagues at Harvard University found teens who drank six or seven days a week were 5.5 times more likely to have benign breast disease than those who had less than one drink per week. Those drinking three to five days per week had three times the risk, the researchers say.
The study, scheduled to be published in the May issue of the Pediatrics, was based on 6,899 girls -- ages 9-15 years -- tracked from 1996 to 2007 using health surveys.

Sweden Outlaws French Breast Implants
STOCKHOLM, Sweden (UPI) -- Three brands of silicon breast implants are being banned in Sweden because of the possibility they could burst, the country's Medical Products Agency says.
The action against the implants manufactured by Poly Implant Prothese (PIP) of France follows a decision by French authorities to ban the products in their country, the Swedish news agency Tidningarnas Telegrambyra reported Friday.
Some 35,000 to 45,000 European women are estimated to have received the faulty implants but there is no record of how many Swedish women are among those affected.
One Swedish surgeon, who said his clinic never used the PIP implants, called the devices "a cut-price product, which does not fulfill our quality standards."
A spokesman for Sweden's Medical Products Agency said he does not see any reason for Swedish women who have the PIP implants to be overly concerned.

$in-gapore $luts & Their Dirty Bras
Only in $in-gapore - where else?!?!
$in-gapore $luts have puny boobs - and dirty bras! I can assure you that they don't wash their panties either (See related link below). $ick!!!
Mind you, this is $in-gapore we're talking about - where the weather is hot and humid. Now, contrast this to Hong Kong. The weather is cool (cold even) and dry here, but girls nevertheless change into clean bras at least once a day.

Another One Bites The Dust
It's been a year, but I have only just learned that another $in-gapore maniac "health guru" that I know had kicked the bucket, supposedly of a heart failure. Note that this is not one of those $in-gapore demon-possessed closet binge drinkers who accuse me of drunkenness. 30 is really a very young age to die, considering that she exercised everyday, didn't smoke tobacco or drink...etc. And unlike me, she was not subjected to extreme stress caused by childhood and adolescent sexual abuse.
Well, apparently her healthy lifestyle comprising of taking "healthy" canola/sunflower/whatever oil, eating only pure vegetarian food, drinking reverse osmosis water, wearing "magical" crystals, doing yoga, meditating...blah...blah...blah...didn't work.
Unknown to many of these "health gurus", many of their "health" practices are actually far riskier and more harmful than smoking or excessive drinking! That's the reason why so many $in-gaporeans in their prime years fall dead "without reason".
Should I as a Christian, not be shoving the truth down their throats, since it's a matter of life and death? Well, no. I'm sick and tired of having to repeat myself over and over. Nowadays, I'll only say it once or twice. You see, these people are too entrenched in their so-called new-age beliefs to realise what reality is. Since they will settle for nothing less than expensive foods, tonics, "magical" items and costly gym memberships, so be it.
To put it matter-of-factly, if God had wanted them to know, He wouldn't have made them pelt rocks at me for saying "stupid and insane" things.
The same applies to the Gospel, in which case, is a matter of spiritual life or death. I'd walk a thousand miles to look for a lost sheep that belongs to my Lord, but not one that doesn't.
What is the secret that I know? It's something that you don't need to know.
Just stop asking dumb questions, keep your big mouths shut and obey your master, Satan.

Perfume: The Story of a Murderer
The horror...the horror...
Perfume (2006) is the most ridiculous movie I have ever seen in my life! If you haven't watched it, don't!!!
But I suppose violent and $ick $in-gaporeans will appreciate this movie. They have the misconception that female sweat and urine (in the absence of perfume) smell nice!!!
Dialogue between an established Ebay seller and a $ick $in-gaporean buyer:
$ick $in-gaporean: Eh, can wear the bra / panties / school uniform for one night and send it?
Seller: Sorry, all items must leave in a washed and sanitised condition.
$ick $in-gaporean: I pay you $20 more can?
Seller: Sorry, not only is it against Ebay's policies, it's also extremely $ick and unhygienic.
$ick $in-gaporean: We do under the table nobody knows lah!
Seller: Nobody would know? I'd know; you'd know; God would know. Please look for a $in-gaporean seller. Thanks.
Scientifically speaking, unless one has ingested aromatic herbs (I happen to know many of them), there's no way her sweat or urine could smell nice. Breast Implants - Absolutely Safe?
I've just finished watching "Absolutely Safe" - a documentary on the truth about breast implants. Frankly, I had no idea that saline implants were also made of silicone and heavy metals. It seems that few plastic surgeons in the world have the conscience and ethics to inform people that implants will eventually rupture and contaminate the body, and produce a variety of conditions that are irreversible. As I speak, millions of implants are probably melting in the bodies of their recipients.
Dr. Edward Melmed is now my 'idol'. It's too bad I didn't study medicine - otherwise, I'd have removed tons of gluey silicone gel from $in-gapore $luts by now. :P
