Boy, 14, Attempted To Rape 22-year Old Jogger

SPRING GROVE, Pa. -- A 14-year-old boy on a motorcycle passed a female jogger, got off his bike, knocked her to the ground and tried to rape her.

The 22-year-old jogger managed to fight off the boy and ran to a nearby residence, where the homeowner called the police, authorities said.
