Anti-virus Software for Linux?

A common misconception that Linux newbies have is that Linux cannot be infected by viruses. That's not true, as technically speaking, it is possible for a virus to infect the Linux OS. So, should you install anti-virus software for a Linux machine? The answer is (surprisingly) no antivirus is needed for Linux, unless you're running a Linux server and you need to protect Windoze desktop users from viruses. :-)
