Perverted Teacher Stole Ex-pupil's Panties

A teacher at a prestigious private school in Osaka has been arrested for stealing the panties of one of his former pupils, according to Shukan Jitsuwa (6/14).

Hiroshi Inazu, the teacher from posh Seifunanakai Gakuen, is accused of snatching four pairs of the 20-year-old woman's panties by reaching into the open window of her home and picking them off a clothes hanger.

A neighbor watched what he was allegedly doing, chased after and caught him, then held the teacher until the police arrived to arrest him.
